(1) A person or an organization wishing to renew an entry permit obtained in accordance with sub-rule (3) of Rule 5 shall submit an application in the format as per Schedule-7 to the head of the office that issued such permit seven days before the expiry of the entry permit.
(2) Based on the application received under sub-rule (1), if the head of the office deems it necessary to renew the entry permit, he may renew such entry permit for a maximum period of three months after charging a fee of four hundred rupees.
